Bio-Methane Potential (BMP) Simulator
A lead-generation tool designed for your prospective clients. It allows food manufacturers and waste producers to instantly estimate the hidden value in their organic by-products. By inputting basic information, they can see the potential renewable energy generation and carbon offset their waste could provide.

VBC™ Bio-Chef Engine Dashboard
A prototype dashboard for plant operators to visualize the health of the anaerobic digester. It monitors the "hunger level" of the microbiology, tracks incoming logistics, and most importantly, features a "What-If" simulator to predict how a new load of waste might spike Volatile Fatty Acids (VFA) and affect system stability.
How to demo this tool

Click a Truck: Click the top truck (Dairy Whey) under "Inbound Feedstocks" to instantly load its high-risk stats into the scenario builder.

Crash the System: Click "Run Scenario". Point out how the AI predicts a biological crash (VFA spikes, gas crashes) before it happens in real life.

Reset & Optimize: Click "Reset Model", click the bottom truck (Manure), and run the scenario again to prove it acts as a safe, stabilizing buffer.
